Maui Brewing Co. Kailua is hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!

Position Details:

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday (20-30 hours/week)

Location: On-site, MBC Kailua restaurant

Duties: Assist the Office Manager with the accounting, human resources, and admin functions of the restaurant

Essential Functions:

Efficiently and accurately reconcile daily books and communicate any discrepancies to the Office Manager.

Own the accounts payable process including processing invoices and ensure timely payments to maintain good relationships with vendors.

Assist the Office Manager and accounting team with closing the books.

Assist the Office Manager and HR team with various HR administrative processes such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and payroll.

Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.

Maintain inventory of all office supplies.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

You are a confident computer wiz and always open to learning new systems and software.

You have a high-level of proficiency with MS Office and some experience with accounting software and an HRIS.

You love being organized, have an eye for detail, and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
